| I want to continue to focus on bringing in more money to our schools, especially those in rural areas. I want to build upon the improvements made under Medicaid expansion and protect those with pre-existing conditions and ensure their access to affordable healthcare. | |||
| My legislative priorities for 2020 focus on allowing all residents of the New River Valley and the commonwealth as a whole to access equal opportunity for jobs, education, affordable healthcare, and safety for themselves and their families. Good policy of course comes with a cost which can be offset by closing loopholes in VA's tax code and ensuring that the burden of funding doesn't fall on working families. |
